The receptionist had a smirk when i asked about breakfast. she seemed rude, really. there were no power outlets by the bed. This made charging my phone difficult.

the breakfast buffet was really good (i especially liked the pastries).
the room was quite noisy at night, possibly because of a ventilator or ac compressor located right behind the wall next to the bed. the beer at the bar felt overpriced. They even added a 10% service fee just for pouring it into a glass while i sat at the counter.

the staff showed cooperation and were ready to help
the room i got was not good the curtains were short and did not cover the window so the sun woke me up every morning also the bath sink clogged twice and maintenance was called but showed up late the ac filter change did little to improve things and the room felt dark due to poor lighting the iron also did not work

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to many shops nearby. Kadir at the reception was SO accommodating. He provided excellent service from check-in THROUGH check-out. The hotel had A beautiful ambiance.
The hotel transfer was TOO expensive.
